Message from a Governor
Hello, I'm Gail Henderson, one of the Parent Governors, here at Joseph Turner. After having one child go through Joseph Turner School already I have witnessed excellent changes and lots of work has been done throughout the school.
While visiting our school it is lovely to experience the calm relaxed atmosphere, with very well organised staff and children. It is lovely to see how well behaved the children are, they are a credit to our school.
Just in case you were wondering, the role of a Parent Governor is to represent parents and children, keep in touch with general views of the parents and also to support the school.
It is lovely to be able to give time and support to a very hard working school.
