At the end of September, Year 6 attend their residential trip to Plas Gwynant. The staff and children are away for 5 days and 4 nights in a breathtaking area of Wales called Snowdonia. While there, the children abseil, visit the beach, climb a mountain (yes, an actual mountain), explore the disused mines and learn how to protect the environment. The children really excel in developing their communication skills, independence, team work and playing to their strengths in a group.
