Charity Events

On Friday 4th February, we celebrated the NSPCC's Number day.

As part of this, children were asked to 'dress for digits' and brig in a donation of £1.

In addition to this, Mrs Spence set up a competition to guess the number of sweets in a jar. For 50p, children could guess the amount of sweets to be in with a chance of winning the entire jar.

Although no one guessed the correct amount, De'Shauntae and Oliver T both guessed the same amount and this was the closest number. They got to halve the jar of sweets!

In total, we raised a whopping £431.81 for the NSPCC.

As part of our poppy appeal, staff sold poppies as well as other merchandise in school. We are very proud to say that as part of this, we raised a fantastic £182.75 for the poppy appeal.

Thank you to everyone who donated.
