UNICEF Child Friendly Sandwell Schools Discovery Day

The Pupil Governors from Years 5 and 6 accompanied by the Head Boy and Head Girl attended the UNICEF Child Friendly Sandwell Schools’ Discovery Day at the Council Chambers in Oldbury.  They met various people of importance such as the Mayor of Sandwell as well as partaking in online story writing sessions with a famous local author, Steven Camden.  During the day, they took part in discussions to make Sandwell a better place.

Pupil Governors 2024-25

This year, the children created their own manifestos and presented them to the rest of their year group.  Each year conducted a ballot and the winners were chosen:

Pupil Governors 2022/2023

We have elected our new pupil governors for 2023/2024. In September, every child gets the opportunity to deliver a speech and be in the ballot.

They will be working together to help promote attendance, healthy lifestyles as well as other ways to improve our school.

Our governors are:
