SPARKS session with West Midlands fire service.

This week, the children took part in an exciting SPARKS safety session led by the West Midlands Fire Service! The firefighters taught the children how to become real‑life safety experts spotting potential hazards at home, practising the essential Stop, Drop and Roll technique, and learning simple but important ways to prevent fires. They also discovered exactly what to do in an emergency and who to call 999. The session was hands‑on, informative and full of memorable moments, leaving the children feeling confident, empowered and ready to help keep themselves and others safe.

World Book Day Magic!

On Thursday 5th March, we had an absolutely fantastic time celebrating World Book Day! One of the highlights was joining a live webinar with the brilliant Michael Rosen, who kept us laughing, thinking and loving stories even more. Throughout the day, the children threw themselves into a whole range of fun activities — from designing their own creative bookmarks, to taking part in an exciting book quiz streamed live. We even let our imaginations run wild as we invented our very own superheroes or villains! It was a day bursting with creativity, reading excitement and lots of smiles.
