Year 3 visited Tanglewood at Cannock Chase to take part in a Stone Age day. They were put into tribes where they experienced Stone Age life, which included: archery (hunting), using flint and steel to start a fire to cook (under controlled conditions) and den building. The children had an amazing time and came back with a deeper understanding of what life in the Stone Age was really like.
