Our budding musicians have been having a fantastic time learning to play the recorder!  This week, they've mastered playing the notes 'A', 'B', and 'G' while bringing their favourite songs to life. Not only are they hitting the right notes, but they've also been enjoying some lively pulse and rhythm games! It's incredible to see the joy and enthusiasm as they explore music together.

An Adventure Through Time at Leicester Museum & Art Gallery!

On Thursday 24th January 2025, our young explorers embarked on an exciting journey to the Leicester Museum and Art Gallery! 

In an engaging workshop, they delved into the fascinating world of the Ancient Egyptians, discovering their incredible way of life. From examining ancient artefacts to uncovering the mysteries behind their customs—our students were immersed in history! 

But the adventure didn't stop there! They also roamed through the spectacular dinosaur exhibit, where the roar of the past came to life! 

A big thank you to Leicester Museum for hosting us and providing such an enriching experience. We can't wait to share what we've learned and continue our journey of discovery!

Year 3 Religious Education Workshop

On Friday 27th January 2025, our wonderful children had an enriching experience as they participated in a fascinating workshop about Islam! They explored the significance of the five pillars, gaining insight into the values and practices that shape the lives of millions around the world. Through interactive activities and engaging discussions, our students not only deepened their understanding of this beautiful faith but also embraced the spirit of respect and diversity within our community. NSPCC Number Day Celebration

What a fantastic day we had for NSPCC Number Day! Our talented kids dressed up in their favourite numbers on Friday 7th February 2025 and dived into a world of fun mathematics activities! From exciting mathematical board games to thrilling online multiplication competitions, it was a day filled with learning and laughter. The highlight? Our incredible students formed groups to create their very own times tables raps! Plus, we unleashed our inner chefs by weighing and measuring ingredients to whip up some delicious treats, and had a playful twist on finance by handling edible money! A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this day so memorable. Together, we are making maths fun and engaging!

Safer Internet Day

Today, our amazing Year 3 students have been diving into a range of exciting activities to promote online safety for Safer Internet Day! From exciting live assemblies to interactive discussions, they’re learning the importance of being responsible digital citizens.
