This half term, children will embark on an exciting journey back in time to Ancient Egypt! Students will delve into the remarkable achievements of the Egyptians, from the incredible pyramids to revolutionary advancements in mathematics and medicine. Plus, they'll learn about the lifeblood of this remarkable civilization—the River Nile! This majestic river not only provided sustenance but was the very heart of economic and social life in ancient Egypt. We can’t wait to see our pupils’ creativity and enthusiasm as they explore this fascinating era! Stay tuned for updates, photos, and fun facts throughout the term.
Attendance Event! Aspirations.
On Thursday 15th of January we had our attendance event.Our theme was aspirations. Children and teachers were invited to dress up as either something they aspired to be when they grew up or someone who they admired. We had some amazing costumes in year 3! Take a look below.






RE.
During RE this half term, year 3 have been learning all about the 5 Pillars of Islam. We have really enjoyed learning about the meaning of all the pillars and exploring religious artefacts to enhance our learning.

NSPCC Number Day Celebration
We had an amazing day being rockstars or robots for NSPCC number day. We completed some codebreaking activities in maths and designed our own rockstar t-shirts.
