Section 29 of The Education Act 2002 states that:
The Governing Body of a maintained school shall establish procedures for dealing with all complaints relating to the school and publish these procedures so they are available to all.
The Governing Body of Joseph Turner Primary School has adopted Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council's Compliments and Complaints Procedure .
