Talk about turn taking.
Play a board game or do jobs around the house together where you have to take it in turns. Say, 'my turn, your turn' when you show the children what to do and how to do it.
Make sure you go first so that they know they don't always get to go first but that they will get to have a go soon. See if the children can use their listening ears to follow the instructions carefully.
High five if the children wait their turn.
