Welcome back Year 6 to Summer 2 - the final half term! We hope everyone is continuing to stay safe and is well.
Below you will find a series of learning resources to continue to support your child at home during this time of school closure.
Each week, we will upload a 'Home Learning Guide' based around a whole school theme. There are daily Maths and English activities to complete and there are resources to support these on the website. There will also be nine project tasks that you can complete. Aim for one a day, but if you do more, that is fantastic!
We have also uploaded an 'Active Calendar' with a Keep Fit activity for each day of June to keep you moving - something abit different to Joe Wicks.
In the Summer term, Year 6 would be doing a lot of work about transitioning to Secondary school - we have created a page with resources to support children who might be feeling apprehensive about upcoming changes. https://www.josephturnerprimary.co.uk/useful-information/
You may wish to print off the resources and complete them if you have a printer available at home. If not, children can complete the work on paper and take photos to evidence their work or complete it on a tablet/computer.

As well as these resources, children also have their logins to Reading Plus and Timestable Rockstars and we encourage children to use these regularly.
