SEESAW FOR SCHOOLS: Seesaw is now available to all pupils at Joseph Turner. The platform is a parents' window into the classroom, showing what the children have been working on via photos, pieces of written work and videos. Teachers, pupils and parents can all give feedback on individual pieces of work; a fantastic way to strengthen home-school links.
Seesaw provides each individual child with their own Learning Journal held online. Children are given their own log-in. All our staff are given a secure log-in. They can upload observations, photos or videos to show learning that has taken place in the classroom.
At Joseph Turner SeeSaw will primarily be used to support home learning. Every week, teachers will upload weekly spellings, as well as an additional homework task. Children are encouraged to complete these tasks on SeeSaw and they will receive feedback from a member of staff.
