Our story this week was 'This is our house', you will find it on you-tube.
The little boy in the story wasn't very good at sharing. He was also unkind to his friends saying they couldn't go into the house if they were a girl, wore glasses, were a twin and other reasons.
Can the children look at and identify some of the things that make them different from you. Look at hair colour / height / eye colour etc
Can they share some of their toys with you or their siblings this weekend and think of the ways we have talked about solving conflicts - so if they want a toy that someone else has, what will they do? Talk to their friend and say. 'Can I have that in one minute please?' and swap toys after a minute.
Ply a game where they have to wait their turn patiently.
