Year 2 were very lucky today, getting to experience a live Zoom reading session with authors and illustrators including the fantastic Michael Rosen!
We listened to real-life authors reading to us and talking about how they come up with ideas for their stories and poems. We found it entertaining and inspiring. The children couldn't wait to draw pictures like the illustrator and design their own characters.
I believe we have some budding authors!
